If you love the lydian scale sound and love modern Jazz, then I recommend learning the song "Inner Urge". I don't care whether a chord is named either Major 7#4 or Major 7b5 because I know they are different names for the same chord.

Generally the sharp4 implies the brightness of the mode, but practically it doesn’t matter lol
