As a certified yee yee and fireman..that burn pile is HUGE, especially for the space it's in. Beyond the space, (which I would recommend being at least double the size for a pile that large) the embers from a fire that large would burn for at least another 36-48 hrs even if the surface is cooled. Additionally, I'm sure y'all know, but please let the fire dept know before you light that baby off, they'll appreciate it. In the future, I might try to break that pile up into 2 or 3 separate events. Totally all for a big burn tho..have fun, be safe! 👌

I remember back even before 2012 getting out of middle school and throwing on a webisode to get hyped to ride around town with my friends. As you shifted into automotive content I was still really into bmx, but I continued watching and getting a interest and new knowledge for drifting and cars. I’ve learned a lot in the past few years it’s crazy how quick time went by I remember watching you reveal the s13 for the first time like it was yesterday. I remember thinking “what the hell kinda car is that”

To solve the Delivery issue. Paint a colored reflective line following the route they need to go. Just need one sign at the front that way, plus you can tell them to just follow the red line.

The compound never ceases to amaze me. Would have been awesome if the original owner who created the entire compound was still alive to to interview/ do a podcast with. Once the septic system and water issues are fixed it looks like you will be able to relax a bit with the renovations because everything as it stands looks awesome.

Sign at the start of the driveway to follow painted line. Paint a line on the concrete for the exact trip of the delivery drivers ect. Different colour line for each need, make it look professional👌

It would cost a fair amount but you could seal the concrete, it’ll make it slippery when wet but will stop it from producing dust
