I think it's super interesting that they gave us new potions! I had kind of been hoping though that the potion of weaving would be that cobwebs would have like a 40% chance of spawning wherever you walk. I feel like the mace is SO overpowered, I had though for sure that this update the mace would be nerfed but instead it got buffed?! So excited for the new update!! If they want to balance the mace it can be simply balanced by: • Nerfing the amount of base unenchanted damage it gains per block by half. • Adjusting it's swing speed to resemble the axes attack speed but a bit slower, but the recharge of the attack speed quickens if you are falling. This ultimately would make the mace an incredibly viable weapon but not a soul dependent or contender to taking over combat in general. Players would opt to use the mace when falling, however wouldn't be able to use it in tight spaces due to its slow swing speed, opting for the traditional weapons instead. I really like the concept of the mace and with these tweaks it would definitely fit into Minecraft better and be a little less broken.
