You still can’t get the villagers spawning naturally in the swamp or jungle biome so they won’t have those type of clothes

Swamp villagers don't need to be bred to get them, if you're lucky enough a village can spawn half in a plains and half in a swamp. It happened to me once.

actually i got the swamp villager naturally because the mangrove in my world has a village on the very edge of it, which has some houses going in, causing some to be swamp variant.

the swamp and jungle villager can spawn natuarlly but what needs to happen is a village spawns next to a jungle or swamp and if 2 villagers breed withen the biomes you get a natually spawning swamp or jungle villager
