George zucco is an overlooked horror great. Played in many B horror movies for both universal and monogram and was always worth watching.

This is one of the first werewolf films ever made. It's great and Glenn Strange is great as a werewolf although the real monster is the mad scientist. Love the ending of the film so classic.

Glenn Strange (Petro) played Frankenstein's Monster in "Abbot & Costello Meet Frankenstein". Anne Nagel appeared as Britt Reeds' secretary (Lenore Case) in a two different "Green Hornet" serials that came out in 1940. Another _delightfully_ bad movie featured on Mystery Science Theater 3000. =) Professor Fitzgerald: "You seem to be excellently equipped." Tom Servo: "Thank you! I didn't think you could tell through these trousers." _Mad doctor turns Petro into a wolfman and sets him loose outside_ Tom Servo: "That felt good! Now I'm going to go turn my daughter into a woodchuck."

Yes they tried to get Lon Chaney Jr to play the part of Pedro but he said "No i am done playing Lenny"......lol....Strange was in bunch movies but they were all bad....His claim to fame was hoping Karloff got tired of playing Frankenstein....lol....House Of Frankenstein and House of Dracula still stand out even without Karloff as the monster....Strange played the monster his way. "Strange"...lol And let us not forget about Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein a classic horror comedy.

Strange in his later years found Study employment ( an actors wish) for many seasons on gunsmoke as Sam the bartender.

He had the inspiration for Sam as his father was a bartender. Strange was also a musician who did a number of film scores.
