Despite Steflos not benefiting from multihits, it does increase the projectile duration every time it hits an enemy, so with enough enemies you can make a very bright circle in the middle of your Magnetize bubble

Pandero yes vasto no, not sure why vasto is the acceptation, probs something to do with the number of shots fired being hard coded at 6 per burst instead of the others where it is based on the magazine capacity.

A small but important addendum to the Nataruk: Its projectile duration is infinite, so it will stay there the entire duration of the bubble. This is really nice if you're building high duration to get the bubble duration to almost a minute

Super minor tech with the Komorex! If you keep Cannonade at rank 0, you get all the fire rate benefits with only 0.25 punch through, so you still get the nice viral explosion. Does come at the cost of a bunch of %Damage and a mod slot though Also would Clip Delegation be worth using on your Sobek build? The other unique Sobek mod, except it gives multishot and status chance. Awesome video though, thanks for keeping your 20 like promise!

I did know about that Komorex tech but just as you said you lose out on a ton of damage hence why I thought not worth mentioning. As for Clip delegation it's something I've messed around with a little bit but all it does it make the initial target easier to kill which isn't something the sobek struggles with that much, if you wanted to though I'd say your best mod to drop for it would be either magnetic strafe or Gal hell (you lose 5% ms from gal hell but get status so its a trade off ig)

That reloading bug you mentioned for the Felarx looks similar to an issue I've been having with the Kuva Zarr, which has the same one-at-a-time reload. The reticle animation spins but the actual reload will be very slow or sometimes even stall completely until I switch weapons. Fantastic video! I definitely learned some things. Mag was my starter frame and first love, and I've been wanting to go back and learn how to optimize her for endgame. My biggest problem is feeling squishy (I like tanky frames), so the info about augur mods and shield gating is super useful.

Sweet video, Mag is a lot of fun lately as someone who never tried her full potential til after mr25. I will recommend to try out split flights mod on the mutalist cernos vs. galvanized mod. The clouds keep it fully stacked. Gas and electric build is also fun for multi hits. Also worth noting is primary blight always gets stacks from the arrows toxin trails, even if not modded for toxin anymore, in case u want even more multi shot :) For quick shot setups, you can sacrifice some damage and try fractualized reset primary arcane, it's pretty situational but fun. I haven't tried mutalist yet with mag I plan on it now. If my system melts then we did good. Thank u for the info and guide

11:15 I suspect this is related to different projectile types having different physics properties. Warframe has a unified set of projectile templates that weapons pull from, rather than having unique properties to every individual projectile weapon. These projectile types are all different from each other not just in their dimensions, but also the way they interact with physics and how they store the weapons base statistics. Different projectile types have different physics weights that affect how they interact with physics attractors (since an object's weight affects how much impulse magnetize inflicts upon it) This is also why some projectiles have multiplicative gunCO and some don't. Some projectile types store the final weapon statistics while other projectiles store the base weapon statistics.

small correction to acid shells in your sobek part. the 450 is corrosive damage but the 45% max health is blast damage a ability that interacts with it similar as xata's, it toxic lash but that is bound to saryn. tho it is the reason why saryn + sobek is so good. and you can put roar onto her which get's calculated as faction damage. also fun fact about toxic lash. Its damage takes elemental mods and buffs like Venom Dose into account, even on damage instances normally unaffected by elemental mods, like Acid Shells.

On headshots, I've never had trouble hitting headshots on mag bubble, just aim at the top of the bubble and the projectile will travel directly downwards, hitting headshots consistently

some guns have it easier than others but on average headshots are semi-consistent, I just don't like to have to crane my neck up to the top of bubbles for headshots (which can be impossible in some smaller tiles or with awkward bubble placement) and just target taller enemies for an easier time of it

Speaking about Dread incarnon, personally i have found the Paris Prime with its incarnon to by far outclass it. Personal preference in the end, but damn do i love the bow incarnons. Same with the Quassus/Quassus prime heavy attack following with forced slash procs and to my knowledge infinite body pierce on the multiple daggers thrown.

Quick correction: Felarx base is no longer infinite body punch through. There was a bug at the beginning where both forms did, but it has since been patched. Base functions like a regular shotgun now. Just double checked in simulacrum

This seems like a good spot to bring up that the Acid Shells' Xata whisper hit also scales with elemental mods on the Sobek. Not an issue with the build itself, though you could switch out the dual status for the 90% elementals, and maybe switch to corrosive/heat for Primed Charged Shell if you wanted to maximize the damage. This alteration will probably be worse for the Sobek itself though.

I use Incarnon Prisma Angstrum as main bubble buffer for my Mag, I don't know if its worse or better than anything mentioned here but it feels great and it shreds enemy in or outside the bubble. I use Exergis before but it feels weak outside the bubble so I dropped it. I don't see anyone mentioned its synergy with Mag so I assume its bad or no one tried it yet, I'm curious what you think of it.

@@RowanIsAMagMain After doing some testing and research on my own, here are the conclusions I have managed to draw: The game likes to wait until you think you've figured out how this interaction works, then throws you a curveball out of left field. Once you've understood that curveball, the game will make it stop working out of spite. Sometimes the blade will get trapped normally. Sometimes it will behave as if the Mag bubble has the same synergistic effect with Surging Blades that the Kompressa has with it, and sometimes absolutely nothing will happen. Sometimes the blade will be stuck in the bubble for a very long time, and sometimes it will vanish very quickly. In short, the game is aware and spiteful and is trying to annoy me specifically.

Any reason for Falcor over Xoris? Apparently Xoris has more range on it's detonation than any other Glaive.

Higher range due to better flight speed, way more aggressive targeting, higher base damage and better riven dispo when I get one, Xoris is good as a "spot cleaner" where you toss at a group of mobs where as falcor can be thrown and will home in on shit in a massive radius making it better for "fire and forget" which is good for modes like cascade

​@@RowanIsAMagMain It kills everything in the bubble in less than a second + spreads lots of status effects in contagious bond AOE This allows you to run no weapons The bubble also stacks a lot more damage than when you're using Verglas so you can reach absolutely bonkers bubble explosion numbers if you get lots and lots of enemies in The only downside is that Vulklok has a slow fire rate and that you need your bubble to continue pulling because once the projectiles have reached the maximum amount of times they can punch through each enemy they stop dealing damage The vulkok can also headshot enemies in the bubble which leads to insane damage numbers, red crits with acuity mods and is a big part of why it bumps up the bubble explosion DMG that high If you pair that with Breach Surge ( yes i know ) the bubble starts dealing so much damage per second that its mere presence without any projectiles remaining in it will kill enemies
