Stellar Blade is different. It's an action-story game. Showa is a legit RPG, the scope of the game is much bigger than Stellar Blade, Its easier to put focus into fidelity and graphics when there's less going on in the actual world.

There isn’t even that much spoken dialogue and it’s clear enough. It’s definitely real Japanese voice actors doing proper Japanese voice work. The things I think could be hard to understand are: pure kanji bits for reading, and intentionally “different” speech patterns/mannerisms.
