luke tracey It's a navigational tool.. All over the ancient world you see variations of this symbol like The sun cross, or the solar cross, Odin's wheel, or the wheel of Tarnis, but all they were are older versions of the cross staff, or the back staff.. The Celtic cross not only had a working inner rotating wheel, but pointing it at the brightest star would turn the wheel(plumb bob) and give you the (latitude)arc minutes.. It could be what this lady is saying, i'm just saying its ability for early humans to navigate using this would be far more valuable and explain why it was widely used, especially at sea..
@luketracey32695 жыл бұрын
MrWizardofozzz kzbin.info/www/bejne/mZTKioiedtV5bck 🍀 Navigation is closely tied to the earths magnetic field. Yes/no? I have never seen mention of the "celtic knot" being tied to navigation in any way. Celtic cross yes! The knot is depicted at the center of the celtic cross;)Have you ever seen the cross of Atlantis or an Atlantian cross?🍀

MrWizardofozzz kzbin.info/www/bejne/lZyqaHp_i9atoJo 🍀. The Celtic knot represents the protection of the eternal flow of energy and time. The symbol is so old the origin is unknown.

I need to talk with someone about it, I was reading the Bible as I always do, and I was re-reading the gospel of Matthew chapter 11 verse 27, Jesus says that he can show the father for the ones he chose to, and then I prayed for Jesus to show me the father and then immediately after I saw it even with my eyes closed I could see. This simbol called Celtic bowen knot, I never have seen that before, so I started to draw it and show to other people but no-one knew what it was or it's meaning. But I now one and a half years later I took pictures of it and used Google lens on it. It's called the Celtic bowen knot, I read what it means but I am not satisfied, I wanna know everything, every interpretation, every meaning, can someone tell me something about this simbol?

Love your subject! It is Art as wel as Science. The 'root' (of it's meaning and form-development) are, to my astonishing, to connect with THE art of Jewisch Kabbalah! The more i studied, the more i found that relationship: Are Kelts the (free) spiritual group, acting on Israelic Kabbalists, rond about 2000 years ago? Hope you continue your lectures...and favourits offcourse.Good luck!

@@Ricatamina One might argue my puns are a gift from God haha A blessed Christmas to you, by the way! How would you celebrate Christmas, if I may know?
@Ricatamina5 жыл бұрын
@@Vikingr4Jesus5919 Haha they must be! And I can always appreciatea good (and a lot of times also an awful) pun :) I celebrate both Christmas and Jul - traditionally in Austria the tree is put up on the 24th where, in the evening we celebrate; sing around the tree and exchange the presents under it - and then a lovely family dinner where everyone made a little something for the feast :) We also have this little tradition to go get the Light of Peace from a curch with a lantern and use that to light up all the candles in the house - I always go with my grandmother because it means a lot to her and it is a wee bit of a childhood memory :)
@Vikingr4Jesus59195 жыл бұрын
@@Ricatamina Well you came to the left guy for that! Or was that right? XD Oh right. So if I get this right, you celebrate festivals from before Christ as well as after such as the (Roman Catholic) Christmas? What is the Jul thing about exactly? And what's the Light of Peace?
@Ricatamina5 жыл бұрын
I celebrate with my family and we follow the Austrian Christmas traditions of which some are influenced by the roman Catholic Church and some are more old and ancient, that's why I celebrate both in a way :) If you want to know more about Jul/Yule, I think it is best to look it up, it is quite a bit of explanation for in a comment, but it has beautiful traditions :) The light of peace on the other hand is a very Christian tradition, they bring light (burning candle) from Bethlehem and put it up in the church. Whoever wants may light a candle and "take it home" to spread the light and connect people in a way - I personally think it is a beautiful gesture
