I appreciate this step by step knowledge for meditation. I've been learning and trying to find my way to properly experience this divine connection. I have always been a spiritual being. Many have misunderstood the way I love and labeled me as sweet but flighty which hurt when I was younger. Sometimes even still today because I am an intelligent person but always hungry for more knowledge and never should I or anyone feel that when our vibe is high on connecting and loving and express our feelings as being less than. This confirms and supports much of what I've been receiving and experiencing. My understanding about this is a little different though. I'm being encouraged to focus on the relationship between the flame in my heart and that of the sun, moon, fire, and others. When my personal flame makes conscious contact with the flame of another, they mix to create a new color or hue. The relationships become the foundation on which I can grow faith.
