I travelled a few times through Cantabria, Asturias and Basque Country, Galicia and Castlia y Leon. Magic places. We live at the Costa Blanca and our next trip will be the northern part of Spain again in 2024.

@@Austingrey789 I don't want to offend anyone but Asturias beaches are beautiful, I think a lot better than California basically because there are not urbanizations.

Wow , I didnt expect that🥰 Im goin there in next year around February, Im a bit affraid of weather cause I heard that there rains a lot and sunny days are just in summertime , I hope its not true :) what about english ? Its hard without good spanish for a first time ?
@FeedingFoca4 ай бұрын
The region is amazing, but February is tough for Spain in general. better bring enough cloths for rainy weather 😃 but it could be that you are lucky or that it rains only a few hours a day. It is super unpredictable. But no worries, otherwise you can have lots of local food 😅 I think you can manage it English, but rather learn some basic words in Spanish to make it easier

@@FeedingFoca you know what, I’m sorry for this snark. I really was just appealing to coffee snob internet troll humor. Also, look into travel grinders and French press travel mugs. @@davidhadersbeck5557 Thank you! No worries, I totally understand you. Instant coffees are not elegant at all, nor the most enjoyable thing to drink, but they do the job of delivering caffeine to the system just well. Actually we've moved into a bigger camper for almost a year now, and we've managed to squeeze our grinder and espresso machine from home into it. That was a big upgrade! We haven't uploaded much content with the new camper yet, but you'll see it soon hopefully!

Not the best advert for non meat eaters
@FeedingFoca3 ай бұрын
That is probably true. To be honest non meat eaters will have it a bit difficult in this region of Spain. If you eat seafood, then Galicia is heaven
@alcarr58932 ай бұрын
@@FeedingFoca I am sorry, but I am not so sure I agree with your last remark. The seafood (caldereta de mariscos, paella de mariscos, percebes, pixin, bonito, etc etc) in the towns you visited (Lastres, Candas/Perlora, Gijon and many others along the coast) is second to none. Try it next time !! Non meat eaters will NOT have any difficulty eating exceptional fresh seafood/fish at all.
