Thank you for your work! I always make sure to like your videos beforehand because I always fall asleep while listening to your stories. I’ve suffered from bad insomnia since I was a child and your stories have worked like nothing else. ❤️

I fell asleep within the first few minutes of the story. I love your voice and I love how the story is easy to follow and not about modern things that remind me of the problems and craziness of today

I discovered you in mid 2019. It is now April 2020 in the midst of COVID19 global crisis. am happy to say I never know the end of your stories because I fall asleep! I have stopped taking sleep aides and very grateful. I’m hard of hearing but can hear and understand your tone of voice. I especially enjoy magical kingdom and library stories. I don’t like the ocean stories because I’m afraid of deep water. Thank you. Thank you thank you.

I take meds that make going to sleep at night very uncomfortable but these stories help so much. Its really comforting to know they are always here, something I know will help me. Sometimes I listen to the same one for days or switch it up based on the level of anxiety I’m feeling. Thank you so much. I’m am so grateful for the hard work and effort you put into creating and posting all these stories.

You clearly are amazing. I’m letting you know I listen to you every night no matter where I am. I suffer severe ptsd, insomniac and nightmares. Years n years doctors tried every medication out there. Nothing worked. I found you on KZbin and I finally get some sleep. Still not 6-8 hours but 2 hours of good sleep I’ll take it! Thank you

I may have commented on this one before, but so far it's great. I've been listening to it for like two weeks because my brain is now so trained to sleep to your videos that I pass out within a few minutes of starting it almost every time! Also, I am so glad I was right when I commented that you would grow super fast once you had 50k! You had 34k when I started last year and you're growing so fast! Congratulations! P.S. I saw your 60k vid and my bday is in August too! Are you a Leo too?

I have a playlist of the meditations I've added music and sound effects to. Most listeners don't like music and sound effects, so I release all new meditations without music or sound effects and release versions of older stories which I released over a year earlier with sound effects and music so that people have the choice, they can listen to the original without these, or listen with SFX etc...

This one needs rerecorded. Very hard to understand.
@DanJonesHypnosis4 жыл бұрын
It sounds fine to me, in what sense is it hard to understand? I obviously can't re-record it, it was recorded during one of the live sleep meditation creation sessions and unlike the audio during the creation sessions which is from my microphone on my laptop, the audio uploaded when I edit the audio is recorded on expensive, good quality audio recording setup that produces clear audio with minimal background hiss etc, that requires very little processing to the audio itself. The setup is the same on all of my recordings since December last year. I have the microphone etc permanently set up and other than turning it on and pressing record, nothing changes. I sit in the same place in relation to the microphone and I do the same processing on each track and just edit out errors, and coughs etc and any external noises like passing cars or motorbikes, but with my current set up I don't do anything else to the audio so that each track should be the same.

Where is the magic queen story? It’s all about meditation there’s no story!
@DanJonesHypnosis4 жыл бұрын
Here is the description of the healing story in this sleep meditation. I record all sleep meditations live during the sleep meditation creation livestreams based on the ideas given by the viewers and for this specific story the viewers asked if as well as helping to tackle worry, stress and anxiety could I cover optimising the immune system. I assume you must have fallen asleep quickly and missed the story. It is quite a long, detailed and multilayered story. Below is the description of the story: This sleep story for grownups also helps with optimising the immune system, mind & body and is about walking along a stone beach towards some rocks. You sit on one of the rocks gazing out to sea, noticing the colours in the sea and the rain off in the distance. You notice the tide is turning. You drift into a meditation and pay attention to ongoing rhythms within yourself and outside yourself. While drifting deeper into the meditation you find yourself walking through a meadow to a cherry blossom tree. You sit down under a tree and have a sense of drawing the scene, like drawing onto a canvas. You allow your eyes to close to pay more attention with your other senses. You notice someone walking a dog through the meadow and down a dirt track. With your eyes closed you have a sense of flicking a coin into the air and that coins spin slows down. As the coin falls into your hand you notice a woman standing in front of you. As you look around, you notice you are in a courtyard of a white palace. The woman explains that she is a Queen and somehow you have appeared. You walk with the Queen into the palace. The Queen explains that she can do magic and can help people connect with their inner wellbeing and create harmony inside their body. You follow the Queen to a library to a book floating above a pedestal. The Queen reads from that book in a language you don't understand, yet something about the reading resonates through you. You hear the sound of a gong on a singing bowl and then another and another. You find yourself sitting in a temple with a Monk. The Monk tells you that the Queen sent you here to do some healing. You walk into the temple. In the middle of the temple the light fades, you walk into the darkness. In the darkness you hear the sound of a waterfall. You notice sparkling light from the waterfall and notice the water is glowing blue. You lower your hand into the water and notice the coolness of the water spread around your body, healing. As the healing continues, you notice yourself in a room with a computer. You get used to using that computer to control your inner healing and functioning. After leaving the temple, you walk down into the woods below noticing a dense fog over a lake. As the sun rises so the fog begins to clear. You sit by the lake and notice a shark in the lake. You watch the shark for a while before walking to the stream which leads into the lake and see an aardvark near termite mounds. You walk to a cottage, enter the cottage, have a warm drink, light the fire, put on a robe which seems so comforting and sit, listening to the crackling fire, drinking the drink. As you drink the drink you become more sleepy and relaxed and drift into a reverie, hearing a flute playing, then other sounds of an orchestra. You get a flash of light in your mind and know something has shifted. You leave the cottage and continue following the stream, while following the stream you find yourself walking in the palace. You walk to the Queen, you sit in a room with a large aquarium. The Queen explains about the journey you have been on and gives you a model of a wooden horse which you take with you out of the experience as you head home, place the horse beside your bed and drift off asleep.
