I love how, when they first arrive at the Library, the Librarian identifies Margo as Janet. That was the character's name in the books; the showrunners changed it to make her stand out against the other J names. Margo responds with, "The name is Margo" and the Librarian says, "This time." With that one line, all of the discrepancies between the books and the series are resolved: this is just an alternate timeline of events.
