People can criticize about his writing style but the thing is people like him, amish, etc. has bought back interest of reading into children's mind and that too reading about our history.

Amish has improved a lot... Just look the first 10 pages of immortals of meluha and the first 10 pages of Scion of Ikshvaku they are really different, with Ashwin I think his prose has scope for improvement but more than that I think both Amish and Ashwin should stop doing info dumps, because somewhere in the middle the story goes away a wikipedia page comes up and then the story comes back... That's terrible writing.

17:00 an interesting idea this also coincidences with loss of faith in elemental gods, the more we understood the less powerful they became.

He’s exposing Heidegger philosophy as well at 18:24 … because as science progresses , the mythological impact is also loosing impact and people are becoming nihilistic in this modern world , we need new values to fight against nihilism and that’s how Nietzsche claimed to rise above yourself ( Uberman) or Bhagwan .

You mean Christianity
@ankurchaudhary35152 жыл бұрын
@ABHRA TALUKDER Bhagwan isn’t a concept of spirituality but a concept of rise above yourself . Rama never said , to worship me . There’s 300 Ramayana with different perspective . Christianity is nothing but a culmination of pagan teachings into one . There’s also a discussion whether there’s a Christ or not ? Because there’s no context of christ happened , as those 3 magis concept was taken from Judaism which itself was taken from Zoroastrian ( magi ) . If you are interested in linguistics and myths history , read about it . All were connected with each other. Assyrian’s or Persians ( Ahura Mazda ones ) were called Asuras in Hinduism whereas they called our Devtas where the word devil came from , as Jews also resided in Babylon during Roman wars as helped by Cyrus the great . He was called a messiah by Jews . These whole abrahmic cult is nothing based on Judaism tales . So , there’s no god but concepts of philosophies about it . Even if it’s there , it’s something to be obtained when finding the meaning of life which every our sages did , from Buddha , Adi shankryacharya , nagarunja to Vivekananda . That why Nietzsche cried about God is dead (as science killed it )

Neither Gandhara is Qandahar nor Kekeya is Caucasus. Gandhāra was in modern in KPK province of pakistan, Taxila was it's capital. Kekeya was between Jhelum and Chenab as per Aṣṭādhyāyī, Buddhist texts, Puranas, etc.
