I missed Penny40, and I was so sad how him and Kadie didn’t get a goodbye. Penny40, and Kadie had the worst ending because they didn’t even get one. If Penny23 didn’t take Penny40’s spot, they all would have died 40 times. The final time. Penny40 actually saved them all by chance of Penny23 showing up. ❤ This show was amazing. So deep, and complex.

@@Kase3322 Penny40 knew what would happen had he tried to find his way back to them and or change the timeline that would end up getting them all killed. That's why he was so adamant in this scene to Penny23 to take his spot and ride it out.. even foreshadowing Q's demise is so crazy. I agree with you 100% this is one of the best shows of all time.

2 things that had a lot of impact: 1. “Do whatever to not lose them again” - later Penny 23’s choice about Julia. SO much deeper now after coming back to this scene. 2. “When the moment comes...do what he says” - this makes THAT scene better as we can see Penny figuring it out as it’s unfoldiing. It all came together so well.

‘...and remember when the time comes, I said do it, do what what he says.’ I am thinking Penny 40 is referring to the Monster. Possibly being benevolent but turned evil by dissection (Prometheus and Osiris). The finale is always going to have a twist but it will still be a surprise to see what the writers and directors have in store!

I watched this show when I was 9. I’m not even joking. I remember watching it with my grandpa and he would cover my eyes or skip when THOSE scenes would come on.
