I’m so glad to see a reviewer make the point that the wallet is meant to be a separate item. I think it’s brilliant for when you sit down at a bar or restaurant so you can just slap the wallet down and forget about without worrying about it getting knocked off the table or something. But then when you get up I would expect most people to detach the two and put in different pockets.

This case was probably the thing I was most excited for during that keynote 😂 even if it does fall off sometimes going in/out of a pocket, I would mainly have them separate still anyway. What I love is that I could have my phone and wallet in ONE place, not taking up space in my car, on my desk, at a restaurant, etc. Sounds silly but idk, I think it would be very practical.

I think after multiple review videos on this case, this is the first positive review. It’s not supposed to be the most magnetic wallet then it’d be annoying to take off and on. It was made to be taken off and On quickly. like the video.

Thanks for this. I just upgraded to the iPhone 13pro and have a unique reason to get either an Apple Wallet or Battery Pack, or another kind of wallet….because the Popsocket Magsafe sucks...but the main reason is that it's in the center of the phone, which is ergonomically uncomfortable for one hand (thumb) texting or just general usage of the phone. I used to have the Speck grabtab attached (via adhesive) to the back of my old case for my iPhone Xs and really loved it..So I'd like to have the wallet or battery pack, or any other rectangular magnetized accessory that I can apply a new Speck grabtab to…or a wallet with finger loop.

yeah i totally agree with your comment about putting the wallet while on the phone into your pocket. the other reviews that showcased the wallet falling out almost seemed...on purpose. as if to just test the strength of the magnet. which is fine and is valuable from a review standpoint. but as you said, when you know you have the wallet on there you do make adjustments to ensure the wallet did go in. good review man. stay strong, you are an inspiration and your story is truly amazing. keep hussling. keep pushing. keeping you in my prayers. happy holidays.

It's perfect for germans. We cannot pay everything with credit card (Apple Pay), we need for a lot of businesses a girocard (not apple pay compatible). And for a girocard it's perfect.

It kind of works but defeats the object of everyday practical carry. Limited card carry and it’s always good to have some cash just in case. Also if you lose your iPhone or someone steals it with card then your f****** if in the middle of nowhere and alone. Always have separate small wallet and some money. Losing your wallet is a bummer and pain changing your card details but losing both your wallet and your iPhone that hurts especially if you don’t have insurance a very expensive painful ordeal!

By the way the little guide that does seem a bit silly as a basic bit of advice really. But I think the aim is to highlight that the magnetic strip needs to face out to stop being erased. Good video showing off the product but I don’t see a use for it. If you’re not going to attach it to the phone, then why have it? If you’ve more than 1 card in it, you have to take them all out. You have to take the wallet off the phone to use it. If you’re using it as a backup in case your phone gets lost/stolen, you don’t want a wallet that’s attached to your phone.

Great vid mate, quality is top notch! I have loved your work, websites and customization posts since around 2011 back in the good old android theming days. Recovering from tonsil cancer myself im 18 months post treatment so have a good idea of what you been through, but you're looking great man. I have to say these wallets are just a terrible idea, not very safe at all, why not just make a case with a built in wallet to be safe? Paying for a brand new phone and having to pay for a charger seperately is shockingly terrible, not all customers have previous Apple chargers. I find it very hard to understand why anyone would want to buy into this eco system these days, Apple have been milking their fans dry for years with the super slow release of features that Android phones have had for years, but they dont seem to see it. For example, only now are Apple fans being "allowed" to have widgets, only now getting OLED panels, still stuck on 60 hertz screens, and only now are they giving users more RAM. You see what im saying?
