The stars are lights in the sky and were created after the earth. They were placed in the firmament which the Jews have always referred to as a hard and firm dome. This is Heavenly Father's "garden" and we are his creation. I truly believe that beyond the firmament veil is heaven where God resides. He is above all and knows all and is all powerful. He loves us and wants us to return to him, not be drowned in the depths of Sheol. We will never receive more than him, but will receive an inheritance with his Son Jesus Christ if we are true and faithful. I will be happy to see him again someday (hopefully soon) when he lifts the veil and we see him all at once. Makes more sense if you understand what this earth truly is according to the Bible. But we cannot know unless we know there is reason to ask. Grateful for Jesus Christ and all he has done for salvation and exhalation to live and dwell with God again. The one and only God. ❤️

Question I have been pondering lately and would love feedback: Is our God the God of our Milky Way Galaxy? Or is He the God of the infinite Universe? I can see both sides of this.

I understand it as our god is the god of the whole universe. Ultimately we don't have all the facts, only the basics but it's so intriguing to wonder about. I heard someone say once that they believed Jesus may be only our Christ, and that other world's (planets) have their own Christ as well. I think what the main belief set in our church is, is that god was once a person just like us, and he progressed to eventually become a God, and that is what we are supposed to be doing as well, progressing to possibly one day be gods just like Him (or like our Heavenly Mother for us females), and then we will have a Christ chosen then as well, which could definitely support the notion that perhaps there are other Gods overseeing other galaxies, "world's without end", "we are gods", ect would all seem to indicate that the cosmos either are now or will one day be filled with gods overseeing the world they are given.
