Ugh.....I want....I want. First of all that gorgeous brown solid layer is amazing and really gives the soap an added level of sophistication. The tiny amount of gold that pops up on the top of some bars is stunning. I first thought you could have used a little more but then I thought "no, the small amount is what makes it really special". so I don't know. Overall a another gorgeous soap that I can't get my hands on.

Sharp looking soap! Although this is a different technique here, I have to say I openly envy your hanger swirling skills...you're tops lady! I wish I could figure out how to "see" what I"m doing with the hanger. I've seen many try for that perfect swirl but you have it mastered. I'm beginning to suspect that you sent away for the x-ray glasses on the back of those old Archie comics lol. Well done and thanks!

Love this video! I'm a beginner soaper - and really excited to start this journey! did you filter the coffee first to get the color? I did notice some coffee grounds too... just curious as to how you processed it for your soap :) thank you for your beautiful demonstration! :)
@HandmadeinFlorida10 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much Tashlutsa! I intentionally added some coffee into bottom layer and also a potion of the white swirl...it acts as an exfoliant and also adds interest to the soap :)

I have never made cold process soaps before but I am doing a lot of reading up on it before I try it out. Did you use micas to color your soap? And what kind of tool is that that let's you create the feather swirl in the middle of the soap. It's beautiful by the way. Amazing job.
