why would you need CNC? a Hand ported head can be just as good as any CNC port or maybe even better. its a 4 min video and with what was shown it looks more than just a cleaning job. these guys do top notch work, don't insult them with your lack of intelligence. try to be a little more respectful to people who are actually trying.

What Ali said. Why did you hand grind a performance head? And when did lapping valves become an adjustment? Same with cc ing? You measured the combustion chamber and then...? What? Tomei makes great stuff but don't insult out intelligence with trance music and complicated names.

All what they did is cleaning the head with very very mild work, KA24DE head need CNC of the combustion chamber and CNC porting.

No offense buuut I was hoping to see something more than what we can already do in America by bringing it to a local machine shop or engine shop. Unless something revolutionary was performed I doubt you'll have anyone buying these short of name brand hunters. Please tell me there is more behind this that we are not seeing..... perhaps the cams?
