I wonder if you get paid before or after you make a suite. Imagine doing all this work, labor intense work, then your ready to show your client and they change their mind etc.

Most bespoke products, whether it be suits or shoes usually require a deposit of at least half or the entire amount up front.

These videos almost make me want to be a tailor myself. But I will stick to being an author. BTW - I really like how he mentions several times in these videos that he wants the suit owner to be able to keep it for years - knowing full well that the average man tends to gain weight/become less fit as he ages. You don't often hear that from bespoke tailor videos...at least I haven't.

We leave inlays so the suit can be altered and let out. Many clients have come back to me over the years asking for the suit to be adjusted so they could continue to enjoy it
