how can you really be fan of someone who hardly ever gives you a reason to be a fan? can you really call yourself a fan or just somebody who tunes in to his work every six months? no one is misunderstanding anything. if aries dropped a song 80-90 percent of the way done every month, THEN you’d see how much of an idiot aries is when it comes to releasing. the problem is he wants to reach 100% completion and satisfaction on every track, dropping until everything is just right. that’s not high standards, that’s delusion. that’s ego and pride. cabin fever is a good song. is it sayonara, is it fools gold, is it deadman wunderland. heck no. but that’s the point, i’m sure he has those kinds of songs in the vault. but they’re just not to his perfectionism mentality. no one is going to listen to ONLY cabin fever for a year. russ said it best, if you dropped a song every week, you think your fans would be MAD at that? by no means am i saying drop a song weekly with zero standards. its a balance, and aries is doing a poor job of it.
