I don't know in serum. But those basses in harmor, Virtual Riot did similar in "Studio Time #5 - Audio Shenanigans, Drop Arrangement and Vocal Chops" (11:05).

try to pause and look at the settings and compare them - there are several pieces of sound design in harmor that can be transferred to serum. you just have to know which knobs to turn :)
