Congratulation to Shericka for medalling in the Oregon WC 100m final and noteworthy mention to SAFP for her historic fifth WC 100m gold. Shericka's PB (10.73 in the 100m) shows that all being well that she's the one to beat in the 200m.

The natural generational progression is happening now as SAFP, VCB, ETH are heading out and Shericka's time is coming. She's going to break that impossible WR in the 200, and with a bit more technical improvement in the start and experience in the 100, who knows, she may end up challenging that one as well. She is not complete. She still has to work on her block start and she still runs pretty much to stiff instead of relaxed. That is due to her muscle mass. Once she fixes that then she can be in the conversation.
