During college days me and my five friends from my hostel sneaked into an Angami's wedding which was held just few blocks away from my hostel. We came out with one moudi each 😂 When i tell you the moudi they packed never runs out trust me i saw another batch walked out with moudi in their hands too😂It was yummy! Really sorry for thst couple but your moudi brought me back to life. I was on the verge of giving up on food forever 😂

I am sorry but among the Naga tribes in Nagaland, Angamis have the most bland tasting food. They just can't match the distinctive and sophisticated yet simply delectable cusines of the Lothas, Semas, the Aos etc just to name a few.

@@theorientalguy5838 Good for u. I feel Galho is just glorified and overrated. As they say, it came out of famine, indeed a famine food. You cannot put ghalo, a rice porridge, against the likes of distinct flavors of Akoni, and equally peculiarities of distinct Anishe dishes that exude smokey and umami..etc Moudi is just a glorified braised buffalo/beef/mithun. If the same was to be made by some other Naga tribes, they would put all the flavours of Naga herbs and spices.
