Repurposing a historical building must be fun but challenging! Definetly looking for more videos and a visit when the arcade is open. (Pedder Building is listed as a Grade I Historic Building)

Yes, I believe the building is 100 years old this year. It has been an interesting challenge but HK's rules on heritage building are not too draconian, mostly related to facades and not much regarding the interiors.

there are some lovely Arcades in the UK, not just in London. Leeds has a great one, and I went to a town called Southport near Liverpool and there was a lovely one in this Victorian town. They are so lovely, refined, elegant. Well done on creating an arcade for Hong Kong.

I'd love to see them. Despite living in London for many years of my life, I foolishly did not venture out of the city very often. Especially during the 18th and 19th century and around the time of the industrial revolution, the middle of England was so wealthy, there must have been some incredible things built at the time.
