I gotta say, this is one of the best Spider-Man cosplay I’ve seen so far. I just adore the classic look and seeing it in live action gives me a smile. Great Job!

Great cosplay! Always was more of a fan of "squinty-eyed" Spidey myself. I love those little tributes you put in the costume too!

To me, it's always been the odd "huge eye" look that's off and wrong for the character!

You've inspired me to do a retro Spidey cosplay. My last cosplay was based off of Alex Ross's variation, down to the reflexive eyes.
@biggleearchives1492 жыл бұрын
It's the same cosplay, as, like me, Ross is only looking at the original comics and bringing the character into real life in a three-dimensional form. We both have the same starting point.

Hey man, what’s that awesome song with the killer guitar riff at 1:05? Been haunted by it and have searched for similar but can’t find it. The cos play is ‘MUAH!’ Chef’s kiss!

It's a take (one of many) on the famed background music from the SPIDER-MAN '67 cartoon incidental music score, put out on a 90s CD by The Amazing Spider-Band.

Thanks man! Let me See if I can find it on KZbin: Apple Music, of course, doesn’t have it. Keep up the great work..I’ve learned a lot on your channel and look forward to more content.

What would he have made the eyes out of in the 60s? Nowadays we always see him with plastic lenses, but I feel like the black was meant to be flexible rubber or something since we always see him folding the mask up without the lenses holding shape
@biggleearchives1492 жыл бұрын
The early-60s comics claimed they were plastic one-way lenses. As a kid, I often wondered why the artists would show fold lines across the lenses, when the mask was crumpled up!

Look up the Amazing Spider-Band. They covered the '67 cartoon theme, as well as the memorable instrumental backing soundtrack. Had their CD since the mid-90s.
