I love that the purpose of the hijab for Muslim women is to put a woman's intellect, personality, and character above her sexual beauty. Because that's what society reduces her to - just a physical form or object. By the way, for anyone who didn't know, the rules of hijab in Islam cover rules for both men and women, and men are also taught to lower their gaze. Before some internet troll tries to comment.

But sister how often are Muslim women allowed to work I their intellect and such,not everyone is as priveledged ,culture is some,times stronger than religion,sometimes together they make a deadly combination...I believe in modesty and I believe promiscuity in society leads to chaos ,,....but many hijabi women are not respected even within their own homes,that is a fact.no matter how hard you try to deny it.women were not created to be respected,if they were,then they would have been respected long ago and would not have to demand it,only to get more hate am disrespect in return,God did not make us worthy of respect

@@ubermensche60 You just proved the point. Go fast. Men need to fast more and pray more than women as congregational prayer is a must on men. Allah knows best. Allah has blessed women with natural inner strength, hayaa. Our hayaa overpowers our desires. Not to say there aren't women who may not have inner strength or lack it or it can become vulnerable, etc. We are all human at the end of the day and need to guard ourselves against the ways shaytaan may get to us. We all have to work on it regardless of our gender, or where we are because Allah has made it clear that we are in a state of loss, we are forgetful, and we were created weak. Do you not aspire to be amongst the foremost forerunners as Allah talks about in the Quran? Read surah Waqiah! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you so that you may be come pious. Allah mentions this in the Quran. Fasting isn't just restraining from food and water, we all know fasting is also no sexual activity either. For those single, fasting does naturally help curb sexual desires. Maybe not right away, but if you're reading Quran, doing consistent dhikr, praying in congregation five times day as men are commanded to and going to mosque or keeping yourself busy you will keep yourself in check and builder greater strength in yourself. There is a study online [Decreased sexual desire] www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/25923156/ More than anything we need to be engaged in fasting of the thoughts, eyes, mind. Fasting teaches us discipline. Allah tell a servant to fast. And he tells us he Grant's patience to the one who is patient. And Grant's contentment to the one who is content with what Allah has given him. SubhanAllah. “The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Whoever among you can afford to get married, let him do so, and whoever cannot afford it should fast, for it will be a restraint (Wija) for him.”‘ [Sunan an-Nasa’i] ‘“(Know) that if I have any wealth, I will not withhold it from you (to keep for somebody else); And (know) that he who refrains from begging others (or doing prohibited deeds), Allah will make him contented and not in need of others; and he who remains patient, Allah will bestow patience upon him, and he who is satisfied with what he has, Allah will make him self-sufficient. And there is no blessing better and vast (you may be given) than patience.” [Sahih Al Bukhari]

@@programmer4042 Lust is a problem if you allow it to be. As a guy, getting hit by currents of lust, on thoughts of a woman is but natural. Recognise that everything is happening inside your mind. It rises in your mind, tantalises you inside your mind and what you do next is merely the manifestation of the 'thought current' inside your mind. The way to work on lust, is not by working on the acts that lust leads us to. Those acts are merely physical ways of expressing something graver that takes place inside our heads. Work directly on the root i.e your mind, because that is where it starts and ends. Once you are able to gain control over your mind, forge ways to work on it each time you're hit by such thoughts and do it over and over again. We humans are products of habits. No matter how weak we may think we are, if we practise virtues on a daily basis, we are bound to change and become stronger. Have faith in yourself and the almighty that if you are sincere and make sincere efforts, then you will make yourself strong and worthy enough, over a period of time, to be handle yourself and your thoughts in a better manner. I have come to similar conclusions based just on my own personal experiences of being a male. I used to think that women in west (I am eastern) are lusty and inviting because of the way they dressed and carried themselves in general. Then I had a chance to spend few years in one of the most sexually open countries in the world - Sweden. I observed and saw the western woman first hand. My whole understanding of womanhood changed during those years - and I ma glad that I get to experience that. The women in west may have let go of their clothing under the influence of social normalcy but I can vouch that most of them are honorable, dignified, faithful loving beings that are far from the crude judgement that I have had of them. To men, women are those mythical amazing heavenly creatures that can confound and bedazzle their minds with just one look. Personally, knowing myself as much as one can, I can give up world and everything there is in it - the cars, the luxuries, the house, the wealth - what I find utterly out of my control to overcome is the love of a woman. In a way, I am happy with this feeling - as long as Allah SWT keeps me in protection from falling prey to lust.

But do I think western women, despite having shed off their clothes, are evil ? Nope. Far from it. Are all women in West faithful and angelic in my opinion? Nope, wrong again. But most are - in my experience. And that is something I mentioned in my original comment. Do I think all women who wear hijab or burqah are angelic? Of course not. As a whole whatever becomes social norm in any society will have its influence on everyone living in that setup - positive or negative.

And the reward if you pass this test is Jannah (Heaven), eternal life, eternal youth, eternal pleasure etc etc. Do you think that ALLAH (GOD) is just going to hand you such a reward on the plate? No, you have to work for it. E.g. If you were a owner of a business and you offered your employees a big raise at the end of each month, would you just hand that raise to them on the plate? No, naturally, you would make them work for it. Similarly, if you want heaven, you have to work for it, you have to follow the rules and regulations that GOD has set.

Just because some men cannot control their urges towards women shouldn't mean that women have to cover up or stand behind a man. That is their problem, not the females. Why are women in Islam always expected to make a mans life easier? Maybe Muslim men should be taught about proper values and respect at young ages so they don't grow up over sexualizing women? I mean, this video is kind of stupid ngl.
@IllaLilla4 жыл бұрын
@UC60UpuNjMMOlvoSJtm00ovw Men are taught to lower their gaze, yet women have to cover up head to toe? Do you hear how stupid that sounds? What I said was not incorrect, Islam does not teach equal rights between men and women. Maybe read the Quran, especially the chapter where it talks about how hitting your wife is okay. And don't bother trying to guide me, God does not exist.
@IllaLilla4 жыл бұрын
@Amirah M Bruh, please do not twist my words. I am well versed with Islam, since I was born into a very religious family. I did not use the word "beat". Your comparison between students taking an exam seems far fetched, this is about men and women. Obviously equality comes in different terms too, but in this situation it is MEN AND WOMEN. I am not ignorant, actually quite the opposite, the reason I was Islamic was because I did NOT know a lot about the religion, I just did what I was taught. It was when I started reading the Quran and learning more that opened my eyes. Also, yes men are told to cover up too, but not to the extent that women have to. It is simply not equal, why does the Quran only state that a man can hit, or strike a woman? Not the other way around? Islam in a whole just does not make sense, I do not intend to offend you but you should look into how outdated some of the things Mohammed talks about is. There is a verse that talks about how God does not need pillars to hold up the earth. This would only make sense if the world was flat. But it is a globe. Where would the pillars go?? If more Muslims actually read the Quran instead of blindly following what was taught to them then they would realize that it's just a scam lol. Why do you think most of us are taught how to read arabic, and not to not understand it? Lmao, take care man. (Side note, I respect your right to believe in what you want, and this is not me attacking a part of your religion, I just think things like this need to be brought to light.)

When it comes to desire, we also need to mention aversion. Both are part of the same coin, (coin used as metaphor). Both are reactions of the mind, and reactions lead to manifestations. Desire means, we like, we want something, aversion means we dislike, we don't want something. Once we realise, that both desire and aversion, is just a condition of our mind, we can then through praxis, meaning Meditation, let go of this reactive part of our mind. To me, it is ridiculous to talk about men being weaker when it comes to their desire for women, because it has nothing to do with weakness, or strength. It has to do with understanding the nature of desire and aversion, and knowing that one, as well as the other, keeps a person bound to the reactive part of the mind. Obviously, the attraction that one sex has to the other, goes both ways, men to women, women to men, has to do with our in-built mechanism to allow for reproduction, but that has nothing to do with some extraordinary desire that men supposedly have for women. The Arab/Muslim obsession with sex, as seen from a male perspective, is completely absurd, and so outdated, it is pathetic and ridiculous. Arab/Muslim men, must realise that women have not been created to please the desire of men, and once Arab/Muslim men realise that women must have equal rights, there would be a lot less sexual obsession in their minds, because sexuality is not a prerogative that men have.

The shiekh looks so white even when he's trying to dress up as a Humble guy I could tell those women are thinking "omg I can ask the shiekh a question and he'll take his time to answer because he's white." The reason I know this is because even though I'm a man sometimes I just pay super close attention to how a female feels when talking to a guy. Like if it's the most attractive guy in the world I'm not really going to act like a women I'm going to notice that the Man gets attraction from women though. I can tell shiekh hamza because he's intelligent he was smiling and complimenting the women on the fact that they don't feel as much attraction for Men which was making them blush in the backgroud. They kept asking more questions and he was smiling and they were giggling like ha ha ha. Like even on these videos no man watches these type of videos or asks another man these type of questions seriously they'll just joke about it in front of their friends but the girls they know the answer but still go and talk to people because they like getting that recognition and attention.

@omarz21455 жыл бұрын
Read verse 30 in surat Al Nur. Additionally we don't only follow Quran but Sunnah as well. There may be an aya in the Quran that the Prophet of Allah will elaborate on further to his companions. There are also rulings and prohibitions in the Sunnah which aren't mentioned in Quran. This line of questioning "show in me verse in the Quran that prohibits such and such" is a dangerous one because it completely excludes the Sunnah from religious reasoning. I've seen people who use this same logic to justify drinking alcohol or wearing gold for men.

Thank you so much. I saw in Surat Muminul, Mariam and Muhammad all surah said women will cover their private parts with the scarf. I do that always as a woman it's not for Muslim. So man's weakness for women is to be condemned, is it? That is odd. It is because Allah created sex. And I will, if I may, assume that by weakness one means the sexual desire(for women)that a man feels for the female. But Allah made sex a pleasurable experience. Without the pleasure we wouldn't do sex. And no sex means no babies born growing and worship Allah. Sex is all very much Allah's plan. That said, I have to say that one has to be careful how one uses one's god-given sexual urges. Because sex is a pleasure, it can become very addictive. Like gambling. Like alcohol. Like taking drugs. Also indiscriminate sexual activity put one in danger of contracting a sexually-transmitted disease. Again, it is interesting that these and other germs and infections - they were all created by Allah. There, it is wrong to blame Satan for this and that. Satan is just a scapegoat. Satan is useful because we can blame him when in fact, the real culprit is Allah. But Allah wants us to blame Satan so that we can remain friends with him (Allah). Allah does not want to lose us to Satan and go to hell. Allah wants us all for himself. And he promises that if we don't ask any questions, if we don't think deeply at all, he promises us that we will be forever in his presence, worshipping him.

Women are not usually seen with bear breasts because female breasts have been sexualised. If the real purpose of the female breasts was taken on board, then their baring would be more understandable(this is seen in societies that have not been tainted by Western values). This explains why the sexualization of both men and women has created a sexual neurosis that is less evident in more primitive societies. This is what happens when a part of the body is hidden away and mystified......it becomes an object of desire to the point of fetishism.
