I don't think the interviewee is very bad, when we enjoy a conversation we tend to be overly indulgent. We should appreciate her because she is bringing such content and giving spotlight to those who do the actual work BTS. Also there is constructive criticism and then there are people who only want to point out mistakes.

Anchor needs to first learn how to let guest talk and not interrupt - ppl are here to HEAR him not get distracted by your interruptions that become increasingly annoying young lady - learn first to improve your craft as an anchor then try your hand at it
