That’s what a Nebraska state senator named Ernie Chambers did back in 2007. Chambers sued God even though he didn’t believe in him, or her…or whatever. An outspoken atheist, Chambers often criticized Christianity during his 46 years in the Nebraska legislature.
Chambers sued God symbolically, of course. He was trying to prove a point after his colleagues were trying to make it more difficult for poor people to sue others. In court, Chambers accused God of acting like a terrorist, causing natural disasters and widespread panic. No, not the BAND, Widespread Panic. ACTUAL widespread panic.
However, a judge dismissed the suit since Chambers couldn’t let God know about the suit because he didn’t have his…uh…address.
Chambers later replied that he shouldn’t HAVE to let God know because GOD KNOWS EVERYTHING.

My favorite is the Fish or Fowl case that took place in Florida (the story might be anecdotal). A group of teens were caught illegally catching mullet. Their lawyer decided to challenge the notion that mullet aren't fish and therefore were exempt from the fishing regulations because mullet have gizzards, and only birds have gizzards. This resulted in the state of florida specifying mullet when mentioning fishing regulations.

There are a number of suits like this, for various reasons. One from the 1960s, which may be apocryphal, was a guy who sued God, served It by publication, and combed through probate files until he found one that left the deceased estate "to God". He garnished the estate. I have no idea of the outcome.

Makes no sense to blame God, if he picked up the Bible he’d find in 1 John 5:19 that God is not in control of the world, for now, and that in James 1:13 that God doesn’t put anyone to the test showing that he’s not the cause of evil in this world but rather as Ecclesiastes 9:11 mentions “time and unexpected events overtake them all” pretty much, unfortunate things happen.

If unexpected events can overtake god then he isn't omnipotent, but if he can prevent or remediate them yet he doesn't do anything then he isn't omnibenevolent. Though problem of evil is a fairly weak argument against the abrahamic god, I know you christians can give way better counters to it than that.

You misread. It said “not in control of the world for now, if you read the Bible of course you’d know that Michael and Satan battled and threw Satan down to earth. And thus the devil is in control of the world for now Revelation 12:9 the important reason for this is to answer the ultimate question once and for all, Is God suitable to rule over all His creation, His Sovereignty? (Which is the question Satan raised at the garden of Eden) Of course, God doesn’t have to prove Himself to anyone, but yet he does to show that He really is the Almighty and that He Is the only one suitable to rule over His own creation rightfully so. And He definitely is omnipotent, that’s why matters will be fixed soon. Also, you might find this funny but the Abrahamic and the Christian God are the same, Read in Exodus 3:6, again, if you read the scriptures you’d know this. the only difference is that so many other religions blot out Gods name, Jehovah, YHWH Yaweh with Allah which just means “God” so it’s a title just like, the Almighty, The Father, those are all titles, not names. like you have a name and I have a name.
