I'm loving the influx of adventure games that are utilizing spiral books as boards. Such a great design for this hobby.

I'm a big fan of it too - very easy to set up, but still allows for thematically distinct locations.

@@WatchItPlayed I’m hoping to see more of this. I don’t know if it’ll ever become standard, but I’d imagine that this is easier on the budget and prices than modular boards.

Here I thought I was just doing game research. I should have known better. As a fan of the Mandalorian, I have a predisposition to like this theme. But this is also a really cool looking game. It’s not overly complicated, so Therese will probably enjoy it. So this is going on the wish list. You are so good at explaining the game and keeping it interesting. Your hard work is appreciated!

@WatchItPlayed4 ай бұрын
I always avoid trying to assess teplayabiloty for other players. There are some games people enjoy playing over and over that have the exact same board and pieces every time, and others who want news boards and piece and objectives each time. In this game there are 4 unique boards and multiple characters to mix and match, plus you unlock new ways to play each board as you go. Hope that gives you some sense of it for your own tastes.

How much replayability do you consider this game has?
@WatchItPlayed4 ай бұрын
That’s something I avoid trying to assess. I find opinions on replayability can be wildly different from one person to another (some games I’d consider to have good replayability, I’ve seen others say have very little, and vice versa). I’d rather not steer you wrong based on my subjective opinion. It’s more challenging here, as I haven’t played the all the hidden material (I’m waiting to play through it with a local group), so I don’t even have my own opinion on how much replayability I feel there is personally :)

Even though there are hidden components that you unlock, this is not a legacy game. No components are destroyed or altered in any way. The unlockable components help introduce new mechanics as you play.

I don't review. I've never wanted try to assess for someone else how much fun they will have with a game (people's tastes vary so much. There are games I like that others don't and vice versa). I'd rather show how the game is played and they you can apply your own tastes to whether or not it looks like it might be a good fit for you. And there are also several excellent reviewers out there who cater to that particular need if you are seeking opinions. Either way, thanks for checking out the video!
