I said that cgi is bad not because it looks bad and i don't like it, but because this cheap cgi ruining the whole aesthetic, mood, or how is it called in English. The whole cataloguge just laughable and blunt at best, and there's no pressure anymore: now it is just a storytelling. It's not as scary to see weird and whole model of an alternate scream, as it were when it is a mystery or a creepy jpeg, when you don't even understand what are you looking at. Nothing is scary when it is out of style and completely in your face. And yes, i think it would've been better in old style. As we can see from the beginning of series, it is possible for catalogue to be interesting and provide new stuff in old style. At least, even if it somehow failed to be intriguing with old style, it'll sound rude and i apologize, but it wouldn't die as goofy story without mysteries and with popular streamer voicing it duh
