1. Junko Mizuno has indeed had multiple of her releases published in English! Works include 'Cinderella' and 'Hell Ladies'
2. I highly highly recommend watching Nekojiru Sou/Cat Soup, the tribute animation to Nekojiru after her death. It's a trippy and psychedelic experience that is super memorable, watch it if you love being confused!
3. Kan Takahama is still publishing manga with her most recent work being 'Bara ga Saku Toki' currently in serialisation
4. The character reference at 15:40 is Fukuzou Moguro the Laughing Salesman from Fujio A Fujiko's series of the same name

I can't find the Haru Urara manga on mangaupdates or MAL, nor the author. Shame since the art style is seriously good, and the story seems interesting as well.

I took a look as well and I couldn't really find anything either unfortunately :(( The story shown in this Garo issue was a one-shot, and after looking at the TOC of all the Garo issues, Nakano Mamoru has had a total of 7 other one-shots they contributed since their debut in the magazine in May 2001. They joined when Garo was nearing its end so I'm not too sure at the moment if they ever did any more stories in AX after. The cover art of the July 2002 issue was done by them though!
