They delete and censor messages that are reported by users. The community of the game, especially in the forums, is a problem as big as the bugs. There are a lot of people there protecting the game from any critizism by reporting whatever doesn't match their opinions. You will recognize them because they are the ones having around 8.000+ posts in the forums.

None of the dupes effected my decision of enjoying the season. The shit farmin of rawhide and obducite just to level anything stopped me from wanting to make a second character. The terrible drops of ancestral gear that you need. the repetitive farming of only unique gear from bosses that still barely drop ancestral gear that is actually a good drop. The long ass leveling only in the pit to try to get high paragon. The spiritborn op wasnt the problem, the other classes struggling so hard in tier iv is a problem. Not bug or exploits for me.

I just blew over a billion gold and thousands of materials at the Occultist, and I still didn't get the skill on my Amulet. The costs in this game are insane, and the odds are totally rigged against you.

They needed to fix the spiritborn bugs week one and this season had a chance but instead they let it run wild now we have a 2 min pit 150 it’s so stupid and I doubt another character will ever even see pit 150 unless there is another massive bug or expansion poster child. Once you give that kind of power for too long the 60% of players playing SB are gonna be in for a rude awakening next season and most likely quit. I don’t understand how they thought it was a good idea to let something this OP go? Less discussed are all the bugs that makes builds weaker. You try to homebrew a build only to discover that certain interactions do not work and brick the build. There are SO MANY of these. Old ones lasting for months and new ones that spring up.

Even if they can't fix the bug in hours/days, they should atleast post a message as soon as the bug is identified saying they are working of a fix so we don't build around it. Even if it takes a week to hotfix, that would be better than doing nothing at all. Spiritborn was still fun this season, but who knows what would happen with the top build if everyone wasn't laser focused on viscous shield, etc bugs.

Blizzard could regulate the run away monopolized market and crackdown on price gouging with a TBD cap on gold trade per transaction. Say, 10 billion gold. Only the perfect GA uber items would be priced at that cap, and all others would fall under that price determined by the market the players create. This would also help discourage others from duping and scamming others as prices of legit items would be more obtainable.

Been saying this since start of season. Looks like the devs have totally given up on fixing the dupe issue. They probably have no idea how to fix it or worst, they have no idea what's causing it lol. 1. Spiritborn is so overpowered that it makes every other class less desirable to play 2. Spiritborn the jack of all, other classes need a overhaul 3. Camera view "FAR", we need much more zoomed out view. Playing on TV everything feels gigantic. We need another Options "More FAR", like standing in front of whispers tree should be an option at least. 4. Group Forcing, I forced myself into grouping up with others just because making rotations/speed farming in groups gives so much more reward. We NEED Solo Self Found that is rewarding for the time spent. Those of us that don't enjoy grouping should not be forced into it. 5. "Blasting" going fast, has ruined the charm of the game. Your actions/skills don't matter anymore. 6. Bosses / Mobs are badly designed, lack polish and creativity, it's just boring to engage in many of these fights, specially dungeon bosses 7. Repainting/overusing boss/monsters and calling it "new content", game needs a lot more real rememberable NEW content with new distinct mobs and bosses 8. D4 is building Activities to redo until you want to throw up, it's extremely boring. POE has maps and a lot of other fun progression in endgame. 9. Build diversity, to many restrictions, just give us the tools and let us figure out the builds 10. Inventory needs a complete overhaul, remove restriction of stacking materials/keys/elixirs 11. Trading, going on too external sites feels horrible, for those that like trading there should be a AH in game 12. Inflation of the game economy, this is season 6 and still the game is having problems with duping, players tricking 18 resolves stacks and much more, this needs to be fixed 13. Sell all button and reduce the legendary 750 trash items or auto salvage option 14. Must do Pits to grind xp instead of distributing it equally over all other content 15. Grinding/bricking the few good items you get feels horrible when you want to try different builds/alts 16. All items should be more efficiently obtainable within Torments 1-4, otherwise remove things like blue runes from crafting 17. Loot progression in endgame and within a season feels tedious and not rewarding for the time spent 18. Seasons/Events are lacking some fun and engaging content/mechanics 19. Pet has a very slow and limited pickup radius 20. Over tuned spells/effects, screen is full of explosions, big booms to the point that its sometimes hard to even see your own character 21. Spells from other players needs transparent options 22. Leatherboards for a lot of different activities, why do we need external sites like pit pushing 23. Only Nightmare Dungeons in Torment, unlock all within a season instead of a few and make a progression system for dungeons where you get rewarded for completing different Dungeons. Leaderboards of who completes the progression first. 24. Faster/Better class balance, it feels like many critical bugs still sneak in and it takes multiple weeks before it's fixed 25. A lot of Unique items are useless and often synergize only with a few spells 26. To much RNG that you have no control over, item drop rng, temper rng, master working rng, enchanting rng 27. Some Aspects may be hard to obtain, introduce a counter when salvaging the same Aspect x amount of time gives you the next rank of that same aspect 28. Remove useless stats like "Life per 5 Seconds" 29. Much needed Armory 30. Masterwork locking, hit desirable 4 of 12 lock it, reroll from 4/12 to 8/12 than lock that, unlock if you want to reset that tier (agree with wudijo) 31. Reroll unique effects with Sparks (agree with wudijo) 32. Greater Gold compensation from playing the game and doing activities 33. Proper Stat squish, lower numbers are visually more readable 34. Controller right thumb stick to target which items to pick up 35. Nerfing/Buffing numbers instead of fixing the fundamental issues of classes 36. Promise of "Play it your way" to actually be a reality

Several things no one seems to realize: the skills and paragons are far too complicated and lend themselves to enabling bugs. Finding and fixing them is way too difficult because of the complex system in place. The number of items to enhance items or gameplay also create further complex issues in code. RNG will always cause serious issues with trading and exploitation (or at least the reason so people duping or “cheating”). The insane rarity of getting such “perfect” items also forces players to embrace these broken mechanics or trading practices. There’s no reason “perfect” items should be so insanely difficult to get or at least a way to upgrade items to make them perfect with the use of materials. There needs to be a way for players to take a crappy roll on an item and make it perfect. This will essentially fix the entire problem with exploiting in the market. It’s sad these simple ideas are overlooked and it shows these devs are not all that smart. Complexity in a game isn’t necessarily a good thing. It’s also far easier to fix unintended problems when you simplify the code. Too many interactions through various systems will break the game as we’ve seen every update. They said “no more bricking” which was a blatant lie since you can only restore an item once before it can be bricked. They need new eyes on the game development side to guide them in the right direction otherwise we will continue to see more and more bugs and other issues with the game.

Actually not complicated at all. It's simple math. Go trough each bracket of a build, count additive and multiplicative damage -> too strong -> figure out what multiplier causes it -> fix. Ideally you also beta test your expansion properly. Meaning 1 specialized employee per class, actually running builds. Then you have a conversation how far you want people to go in the pit. Then you maybe add a new fking dungeon, or give us the cowlevel ... because christmas comes and since you want to sell your "expansion" properly. Also after over a year since release. You would work on getting your bugs, exploits and tiny inventory and missing build loadout system in order. You ask why? Because that's the baseline that you can expect as a player. I will also debunk the argument that fixing duping and building ingame market is so complicated. If they didn't know how to exactly do it... well there's a lot highly qualified "anti botting" and "ingame market" specialist developers they could call and talk to for tips. Final Fantasy 14 runs a smooth dupe free and mostly Rmt free market with 1000's of items for a decade. EvE online ... does the same on a MUCH larger scale, profesionally since 20 fking Jears. My point is, if a company wanted to do it "right" - they could. The knowledge exists. It's not something they have to invent new. And yes, things can be complicated, factors can limit what they can do "quickly" to change things. Some might be technically simply impossible for a while. Like inventory. (common issue btw) But over the timespan of a year+ ... i don't think it's unreasonable that they make "some" progress, and start to find and establish a system that works for them. In case of the trading issue. it's not complicated, they don't need to fix everything and get rid of RmT. They just need to fix the dupe issue and provide a "very basic framework for us to buy/sell ingame" ... Don't act like any of these things were something special, new in the industry, or something they could not anticipate before.

The damage calculation needs a rework I guess? Currently there are far too many damage multipliers, and some are additive, some are multiplicative. Some are type 1 damage, or speed etc. Some are type 2. Each has their own caps. I don't even know the cap or keep tracking. If I were to design the system, I would have made it much simpler. The damage calculation is much more complex even comparing to their own games, such as w3, wow etc. If I were to design the game, I will just copy the wow damage and gearing calculation and skill damage calculation in a past patch. At least that will avoid weird bugs. It is easy to say things like that, but now that I think about it, I realize how big a developer team wow has, and they are able to quickly fix and patch any bugs every day. So perhaps wow has all the bugs as well, they just patched it too quickly so ordinary players won't even notice. So the fundamental solution is to have the developer keep their eyes on the game every day and quickly patch things. So in short words, I don't think things will even get fixed.

It would take less than 5 minutes to disable most unintended exploits/bugs. The development team can now work on correcting their broken BETA nonsense from a test environment before re-releasing it to the live service application

Man that trading totally got out of control. Lucky i only play selffound. Didn't know that there are so many exploits like Masterworking though. I am done with the season, maybe i will log in from time to time until next season when i don't have anything else to play. I don't have the patience to go another 200 hours for Paragon 300 when my Spiritborn rushes through all content with Paragon 230 as well. Blizzard really needs to sort their stuff out and bring us more quality updates in the future

I feel like this video mainly talks about the bugs that causes players to GAIN power which obviously is a massive issue but lets not forget about the countless bugs that causes skills/aspects/classes etc to not even work properly and we dont even have the real version of what we'r supposed to have in terms of power output etc. At this point in the game I cant even tell whats working and whats bugged anymore. When i played the VoH expansion it literally felt like 50% of the game was not working as intended which is kinda unacceptable imo.

You know, people who think it's fun to be so overpowered thanks to bugs are usually the same that complain the game is too easy. Right now, D4 difficulty is a joke. Everything is based around exploiting bugs and duping 4* gears in order to make a build that clear Pit 150 in 3 min into one that does it in 2 min. It's just ridiculus and brainless. I decided to quit after clearing over 300 uber bosses at an average of maybe 2 seconds per kill. I realised I was wasting my time with this BS

I think the PTR needs to run longer than 1 week. Like PTR up, then patch the PTR over the course of time and finally turn off the PTR about a week before the new season drops. That way they can test thier fixes and balancing better. Currently they are throwing up the PTR, let it run for a week, gather loads of data they make changes but there is no decent load testing of those changes. The new season drops and they are making emergency patches for the first few days of the new season to fix game breaking issues that could have been found if they just patched the PTR and let people continue to test. They dont need to put the seasonal mechanic on the PTR if they dont want to give it away. But all other features should be active. Make sure thiere is copious amount of vendors that can dish out MW materials, and level glyphs, and give out gear caches and such in say Kyovoshad. Additionally make sure there is an NPC to boost your toon to max level max paragon. I mean any PTR is better than no PTR, we saw that with S3, no PTR and it sucked bigtime. But PTR should be done properly, and not just limited to 1 week then they implement changes which dont get tested fully. People can find the bugs much more efficiently than Blizz can internally if Blizz just let them. PTR should also make an appearance on the consoles as well. I know there is approvals and stuff that have to go through Sony and Xbox... But at the very least... Microsoft Own blizzard, Microsoft also own xbox. If they cant manage to make a PTR work on at least xbox (which is basically Windows 11 custom UI and locked down), then for me it means they really just dont care enough to test thier game properly. Maybe the devs care, and they want it tested properly, they might want a console PTR version, but the higher ups dont want it for whatever reason, who knows. The problem with duping is you can get banned for doing it, even if you try it once just to nail down the proceedure then file a bug report and destroy the duped item you can still be banned and most likely will be banned when they look at your bug report. So it kinda goes against reporting the bugs using the ingame feedback tool. If people feel like they can be banned for testing something then reporting it, do you think they will try it and report it? No, they will probably just try it, and get addicted to it and hope thier account doesnt get banned. Most of the scammers are using rubbish accounts which probably bought copies of the game with dodgey store gift cards anyway. The account gets banned, they just make a new account and get a copy of the game and start again.

I've done all the ptrs and really regret the last one, I could see the issues with lack of quality gear drops and put in a report and i had hoped blizz would have given us quality over quantity but it never happened plus there were things missing from the ptr we could have tested but they chose not to give us those options. Then there is the removal of some systems to gate behind the xpac which were not really communicated well enough

Yes everyone does because there are so many bugs you don’t even realize some in normal play & can’t avoid them in many situations. Looks at Ball Lightning or HotA Barbs

Blizzard should fix all of this. The "if you cant beat them join them shit is nonsense. This is NOT a competitive game. If other people are doing pit 150 in 30 seconds and you are not it has no affect on you. That is a stupid way to look at what is, in all but 1 aspect, a single player game.

I think they try to fix and balance a game with both arms on their back. Why do they introduce 1000 items with different effects that impact each other? I know most of the players dont want a second diablo 3 but tbh the set items made balancing very easy. 4 to 5 sets per class that define specific builds are much easier to handle than 1000 effects from class items. Dont know why they like the current system more...

Blizzards Leadership decisions are what’s destroying the game and so are the streamers that are blowing sunshine up their @rses…. The reason why people re being “Forced” To buy duped items because trying to get a drop that is anywhere near it is like winning a lottery, it never has ever been this bad before because of the amount of drops we used to get, at least we had a chance before

Some ppl know where I stand on the state of D4… and I got banned from Sanctuary for being frustrated… Blizzard is the new Valve… those who know they know what this means. The Dev team had one last chance to address this actual issues but what we got was Adam or whatever his name is trying to get his darn ear peace fixed for 20 minutes. And that pink haired dude he thinks everything is ok so yeah who cares, six seasons and everything in the game is complete sh*t, and will remain so.. why? Cause you guys are on PTR and doing their job for free. THEY NEED TO TEST their OWN game and then RELEASE it as a beta version on PTR. Afterwords based on our feed back fin-tune the game before going live. Not having no quality control, release a PTR and based on that making a live game which is each and every season yet again a live PTR.. and then ppl sit there and say well it will be fixed next season.. ffs stop accepting this sh*t and stop spending money in the shop and on seasonal passes. I know that they will then react and only then!

Duping will always be a problem, they fix one dupe and other one will pop up. Its a game of cat and mouse sadly and will go on and on that's why they don't talk about it they know this.

The game is ruined and they don't want to (or can't) fix it this season, plain and simple. POE2 is coming out so they know they are losing players regardless. You all saw it yesterday in the campfire chat, Season 6 is over, please come back for Season 7. They don't care about the bugs or they would have addressed them. You can't play this season unless you are playing a spiritborn and D4 developers are okay with that too. Really too bad. And finally, this is called DIABLO IV and we probably won't see Diablo himself in it for another 2-3 years, 4 years after release. They should have called it Nyrelle I.

well i have played the game a lot since day 1. Sadly i think to quit for good. Since day 1 game is full of bugs, fps drops, disconnects. 18 months passed and we continue to have the same issues. Cmon guys we have to admit it is a BAD game. Sadly i think this game will be stable after 1-2 years if we are lucky. I doubt it since they dont fix basic things. FFs we paid money for a game that someone can duplicate items and trade them and then THEY DISAPPEAR. i mean cmon this is ridiculous

Only my opinion but I have never bought anything to use in a game or used any kind of cheat code. Its cheating and I play a game to enjoy it. Would I like them to enable me to get better gear in a reasonable amount of time-absolutely-but trading is not the answer. i am playing the bugged version of spiritborn but have discussed with my friends that I won't probably ever play it again as it would be too frustrating to make a character and not have it do the damage I can do now. As it is, the character is only fun in pits. I am building a sorcerer as well. i know it won't do the damage but will be fun in other aspects of the game.
