Great video! I would add that fructose is good for replenishing liver glycogen so maybe adding in some fruit juice or other fructose source.

Not a runner, but I see a lot of similarities between this approach and what I do to prepare for US imperial century rides (100 miles, or about 5-6 hours of cycling). Thanks.
