The better the Tequila, the the better the Margarita. I like the Anejo style, aged...with a hint of smoke. Never occurred to me to only rim half the glass. Thanks for the tip! @@SeawayWhiskyWire I got a bottle of Edradour 10 Oloroso for my birthday on Saturday. Think I'll be reaching for it fairly regularly. Even at 40%, it's a lovely wee dram. Enjoy that Ardbeg!
