@NS 317 from what I understand is that, English doesn’t use the R that much. So that’s why people who only speak English they mispronounced words with R so much, weather it dragging the R too much or changing it to a different letter. But you may apply that same logic to other Spanish speaking countries. Each country has their own accent (like Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans etc.)
