Amazing to realize that this system is the exact same system built in Washington DC but at least Marta can still run an automatic trains for DC trains are suffering due to lack of maintenance

It’s really a sister system to BART and the DC Metro. All 3 systems where built in the same time era: 1970s.

I hope you weren't hassled or detained by transit police while shooting these clips. I hear MARTA's known for that.

Not at all! The transit operators even saw me filming and could tell I was a railfan. They were super nice and even did a few horn honks when pulling out of the station for me when I asked.
