Absolutely loved this one . Happy too that it ended the way it did . You can see how pained Sam was in letting her go ; cause he really loves her ; but that deception in the beginning was just too much for him especially since she had the opportunity to come clean when they just started talking. A lie is a lie, and coming out to tell the truth which might be difficult is better than covering up with a lie. When you tell a lie today, you'll have to make up 7 more lies to cover up the truth... Really sad & complex ending. Maurice being so kind, caring & protective while Steph was carrying his child but denying her the (type) of affection a lot of women really need & crave during pregnancy was painful but at least she had the most important care & attention bc some women go through pregnancy alone. Maurice walking away was a major deal & I can completely understand why. It made The Masseuse stand out that much more. I get it Steph messed up big time & all you can do is learn & own up but I felt for her. It was like a Lost without you, Sweet Thang Chaka Khan love me now or I'll go crazy type energy & sitch beneath the surface, although she held it in really well. Excellent: writing as usual, directing & delivery by Maurice & Ms. "Natural" Stephania Bassey. The title was a: creative, politically correct, understatement. Simple but ingenious play on words. Instant classic & massive production.

Then if we are moving forward implies leaving the past behind, embarking on a new journey. However, reverting to old behaviors without regard for others' feelings is thoughtless. Being pregnant and engaging in intimate relations with other men is akin to the notion of the baby receiving nourishment from different sources. This is just my perspective. Yes, everyone deserves a second chance but if you were offering guidance to your son or brother, how would you advise them to proceed?
