In part 12 (chapter 13) at the 47:17 time Mark it says "15 minutes after she (margarita) had left, there was a knock at the window" then the master is in his front yard being insane. Is there any reference as to what knocked on the window? Or what had caused him to go over the edge? I am dying to know.

I believe it was methamphetamine abuse which triggered this, or the lack of sleep that was caused by what I blame on the dope.
