@ strictly water.. no food. It was tough mentally and physically towards the end but the main takeaway for myself was your body is a tool right, you have to look inwards and understand it, you don’t know the limits outside of your comfort zone until you take that risk. Upon the depths from the shallow you grow mentally and physically you gain a strength and discipline to break free from the traditional 3 meals a day that you think your body needs. Go without something for an extended time and you’ll learn what you need and don’t. I transitioned to 100% juice spring water real fruits with seeds and a solid meal in the evening. No sodas no artificial flavors no fast food no drugs no alcohol. Your vessel is temporary here on Heaven. Free your mind train your mind break free from your beliefs and focus on doing good by all means. If your doing bad your heart with be further from God and it’s no metaphor. It’s 100% real your actions determine your fruits. Accept Jesus Christ and live eternity. After your purpose is completed here in HEAVEN. Intermittent fasting is my daily now so coffee in the am water then in the evening I’ll have a nice dinner. Just have trust don’t let FEAR ROB YOUR VISIONS. We are visionary by default. Thought Action Result. It starts with your mental strength. Discipline courage honor commitment loyalty. Hope this finds you well.

I’ve “practiced” all of this except what I eat, just not in the Muslim way. I’m doing better for the last 2 months in terms of what I eat and exercise every day and I plan on doing fasting every month from listening to this. If you zoom out and understand the way of this world, all of this makes total sense. 🫶🏻
