The Max Caller Report, an indictment of fraud

The Max Caller Report, was created by both the Conservatives and Labour Party, to make clear how a local authority should not run. Having turned its back on the Nolan principles in favour of their own friendships, by gifting away assets for 0 they have clearly let down the people who have blindly voted them into power. This video was recorded at the first meeting of a group of people who wish to Liberate Liverpool.
