The Marvel Cinematic Universe is certainly a tangled web of events. A lot of stuff happens at various different times, but each movie’s history tends to feel isolated. A lot of stuff happens in the past which is only alluded to in certain movies. But, I will try my best to bring all of these together into a single timeline. If I miss something, please don’t kill me. I’m just an average enjoyer who wishes to try his hand at making a timeline for those who don’t know the chronology of the series. Hopefully this will get you ready for the next installments into the MCU, so let’s get into it.

i always thought that when steve went back in time to be with peggy, he stayed with her in their new branched timeline until her death, which happened the same way in 2016. after she died steve used the pym particle he originally had to return to his original timeline and close up with sam & bucky.

I don’t think steve could just return whenever or wherever he wanted, he would only be able to return to the platform in the woods. It causes the time travel to be a little more confusing but makes for a more dramatic scene i guess

@@popfizz55 you might be right, but i don’t agree just because if they can travel to any point and location i think they should be able to do the same with returning. alternatively, considering your point, steve also could’ve returned a few moments before they all set up to send him back, and then just walked over to the bench to wait.

@@collizlemynizl I always thought the same thing, Whats the purpose of the platform. They can travel thru time without it. One could argue that return travel could be done without the platform because they're returning to the platform, or that the platform is required for at least traveling in a single direction, but that argument falls apart when Tony and Cap traveled from 2012 to 1970 without leaving from or traveling to the platform. Not sure how Thanos traveled from 2014 to 2023, if and how the Platform played into that equation. With Time Travel it's best not to overthink it, there wil be holes.....

The only reason why captain America was able to live in that timeline is because. The captain was frozen in that timeline. That’s my theory, and you can bring him back for more films because there’s 2.

I absolutely love the X-Men from Marvel (even though I'm now a massive green lantern fan) so much so, that I have a detailed fan theory as to how the X-Men could join the Marvel Cinematic Universe: keep First Class, Days of Future Past, Apocalypse, Dark Phoenix, Deadpool 1 & 2, New Mutants in the Marvel Cinematic Universe timeline as there is a massive gap between 1963-1995 with the Dark Phoenix cast appearing in Deadpool 1&2, these films can happen after the events of Dark Phoenix and since Essex Corps is referenced in New Mutants, this could happen in the Dark Phoenix timeline after these events, Professor X uses Cerebro to convince the world that mutants don't exist and erase any new mutant activities from people's minds whenever one is witnessed. however the only person who knows is Nick Fury, who agrees with Professor X to keep tabs on any new mutant activity. this is also referenced in a deleted scene from Iron Man 1, when Nick mentions X-Men the X-Men can work in secret between 1992 up until Endgame. when Tony Stark snaps his fingers, the mind stone reverses the effects of Professor X's actions. resulting in the public now remembering who the X-Men are as for Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch, Hydra's meddling with the mind stone prematurely reversed Professor X's actions, as it was mentioned that the mind stone unlocks dormant abilities already present in the brain my theory brings the Dark Phoenix X-Men cast into the MCU, thus eliminating the need to recast the entire X-Men team. the actors are young, they've expressed interest in returning and continuing their roles. it's an option for Marvel Studios to do that I've explained my theory to a lot of people, most of whom say it works. others say it won't work and demand i should forget everything about the Fox X-Men films and be happy with what Disney/Marvel Studios are going to do with the X-Men I will probably receive a lot of negative feedback about my theory, nothing is set in stone, if Marvel Studios can bring back JK Simmons as J Jonah Jameson/the Sony Spider-cast, why won't they bring back the Dark Phoenix cast? there are multiple websites that support my theory, along with the Iron Man 1 deleted post credit scene. not only that, something similar happened in the comics (Robert Reynolds/Sentry and Gabriel Summers/Vulcan) since Days of Future Past rewrote the timeline, X-trilogy/Wolverine trilogy no longer take place as the ending to Dark Phoenix doesn't connect to the original trilogy, leaving it open for possible future sequels. as I mentioned, the Dark Phoenix cast could return and continue James McAvoy - Professor X Michael Fassbender - Magneto Tye Sheridan - Cyclops Nicholas Hoult - Beast Alexandra Shipp - Storm Kodi Smitt-Mcphee - Nightcrawler Sophie Turner - Jean Grey Josh Brolin - Cable Brianna Hildebrand - NTW Stefan Kapicic - Colossus Olivia Munn - Psylocke Peter Dinklage - Bolivar Trask Oscar Isaac - Apocalypse Rose Byrne - Moira McTaggart Anya Taylor-Joy - Magik as I've mentioned, in my X-Men MCU timeline, Mystique dies and Quicksilver dies after Avengers 2. the other X-Men characters I don't mind recasting, as long as they keep the cast I mention above aswell as try to follow my fan theory

Steve basically created a new branch of reality by being with Peggy. Through some unknown means, he managed to find his way back to his original reality to give his shield to Sam. Did he return to his new home world, or stayed in his original world (in a secret moon facility, perhaps)? Only time will tell.

If someone took the technology from project looking glass used in agents of shield to create Ada’s body with multiple inhuman powers, and they mixed it with the technology created by ultron with the cradle that made vision, along with the technology used in project destroyer of worlds that created graviton and gave ruby hale their gravity controlling powers; which also gave carl kreel his powers to transmute his body into anything, along with the power replicating research done by the skrulls with the dna from the harvest, you’d be able to create an almost indestructible body with basically every super power possible. I mean they already have mind transfer technology. You could also upload the entire magical knowledge of humanity into the body and it would have mastery of magic. Lol

It's unclear exactly what year the main story of Eternals takes place in, but it looks to me like it should be placed in autumn (probably October) due to the weather we see, what the characters are wearing, and the large decorative pumpkin on display in Phastos' front yard where he and his family are playing football. It sure doesn't seem to belong between Shang-Chi, which takes place in Spring and Far From Home, which takes place in Summer. I currently think the best idea is that Eternals takes place one year after Hulk snapping back half of the population (which did, in fact, take place in late October). The school where Sersi and Dane are working seems way too calm and organized to be shortly after the Blip. This seems to me to put the main "current" events of the movie DURING Spider-Man: No Way Home. If you were going to edit the whole thing chronologically, you would go from Peter Parker's first day back at school in No Way Home to the main Eternals story, before returning to No Way Home for Peter and May opening letters from colleges and going to see MJ at work where she is supposed to be taking the Halloween decorations down. After the battle on Liberty Island, I would put in the last scenes from Eternals where they split up, some of them go to space on purpose and the rest are kidnapped by Arishem. Most of Dr Strange: Multiverse of Madness fits after that, but then after that we go back to No Way Home for the snowy scene where Peter sees MJ again at her work and then swings around the city. The snow from this scene seems to me to be the same snow that's on the ground in NYC throughout the Hawkeye series. At least that's how it seems to me. I like that you included a few things from Agents of SHIELD.

When I say the entire movie theater went silent and all u heard was sniffles through out the entire theater literally everyone in the there was crying …. i wouldnt consider the inhumans a part of the mcu timeline since they havent been made canon in the mcus earth-19999, just because they were on earth-838 wouldnt change anything to the mcu timeline like reed richards and charles xavier are in MoM but dont exist on earth-19999 yet, there really isnt even a way to confirm blackbolt in 838 had the same origins as inhumans show blackbolt

I have a question for all the Marvel hardcore fanboys. In the entire Marvel universe, MCU, comics tv shows etc. How many "planes of existence" are there? What I mean is there's the: Physical World = the 'normal' world where heroes and villains like Cap America, Red skull, Iron man, Winter Soldier belong Mystic Realm = for beings such as the Sorcerer Supreme, Dormammu Divine Domain = for gods like Odin, Surtr, Gorr Multiverse/Quantumania/Time Dimension = for Kang, Spider-man, TVA and of course we also have some Cross-over moments between Marvel and DC, or 4th wall breaks by Deadpool I wonder how many more does Marvel have?
