I have such admiration for shaolin monks. Their mental strength, wisdom and focus is beyond belief. Amazing humans, such a brilliant guest James. My one way to feel good enough was through caring for animals but some mistakes i made from others perspective made me feel i still wasnt good enough. James, thankyou for being so honest about overeating. I don't drink , smoke or take drugs but eating, mainly sugar, is my downfall. I try to fast when I can and really cut down on sugar , but it always seems to creep back in. It's sounds trivial compared to drinking and smoking but it really is an upward struggle.
