I have such admiration for shaolin monks. Their mental strength, wisdom and focus is beyond belief. Amazing humans, such a brilliant guest James. Spot on you can’t change the outside world. We can of course have morals and attitudes towards our behaviour in the world and we can try to behave with integrity, but as the wise master says we can only change our attitudes to the stimuli
