ngl i usually volunteer for conventions, which offer the volunteer badge. it's like the media badge, but you're able to go backstage and help out in the cons! this is also pretty good for schools/resumes as this is technically counted as "volunteering" ofc. i've also met official voice actors and have some signatures (without paying for them)! honestly volunteering isn't bad, it's pretty fun and there's tons of "jobs" to do & you'll pretty much just vibe with your co-volunteers and conventioners most of the time :)
