So, in short: Always try to use medgun to bring your health to 100% - it doesn't raise your BDLs nearly as high as medpen does. Orange pen is for chest injuries. Green pen is for limb injuries. Purple pen is for head injuries. And grey pen is for accelerated BDL decay.
