@@teeborg1519 Doesn't matter. It would break lore. Guristas modify existing "common" caldari ships. Angel seem to either invent new designs, or go looking for jove tech. So Angel will always be a new model. Where as guristas will just be a skin/existing model with slight alterations. Can't change the lore just because some players think it's boring. It's been established since the faction was put into the game.

Like others said, it's lore based, it really wouldn't cost anything for them to open the model and slap on some antennas to indicate the drone specialization, they didn't because it isn't about cost. Gurristas are sneaky snakes blending into the caldari to steal important and expensive things

The pros of living in wormhole space: You get to find the stuff needed for a Mekubal. The cons of living in wormhole space: That ship is currently the biggest gank magnet outside of AT prize ships. Fortunately, as the supply goes up, the price should come down. But I think those ships re never going to be cheap. The biggest problem with that ship currently is that it isn't much better in any way than a Cynabal and is hugely slower than a Dramiel. Shield fitting it is going to make its sig bigger as well. I think it'll end up as an armour brawling ship.

The price has already dropped drastically and in November it becomes available for LP rather than all the hoops. I think it probably needs a little buff somewhere but I think it'll still be good once it's at its actual price

Hey, could you please make a video on an artillery fit for the MEKUBAl?! Would make your Webifier so much more useful and finally give it some sense..... And the 50 % additional falloff would make artillery really great just to plop targets from range!

It could be worth a look. For what it's worth, Falloff Range is traditionally more beneficial to Autocannons than to Artillery (Artillery benefits more from bonuses to Optimal Range, basically a percentage increase to the bigger number results in a bigger number) and Small Artillery can be pretty naff outside of PvP and niche kiting, but I'll give it a try!!

It is a badass looking ship for sure! Thats my only opinion at this point regarding the ship. It'll be cool to get my hands on one at some point when they're a bit more available. Definitely would be worth PvPing it, as that seems to be the design intent. But right now, it's not worth handing a 5bill KillMail over to someone to fit test a destroyer.

Nope. Sleepers don't do Omni. They have turret weapons that do EM/Therm, and they have missiles that deal Kin/Exp. Depending on the composition of the wave, you'll have a different mix of those weapons and depending on your ship and flying style you'll take more hits from one than the other.

Depends if we find good fights. Spent about three hours warping a Rifter around Caldari FW, and literally nobody would take a fight. Everyone ran. Done two roams through Nullsec recently. One was dead, the other dropped a fleet of Marauders, Capitals, and about 50 other ships onto a fleet of 12 T1 Cruisers.

For all the hoops you have to jump through for the new ships you'd think they would actually be good. The worm is better then the guristas destroyer not to mention that every navy destroyer is much better then both of these. Very underwhelming. In general angel ships other then Mach need love. Dramiel is outshined in any frigste role by t2. Eg interceptor assault frig. Same for cynabal

Glad we agree! It's almost like EVE is a sandbox! Looking around my channel you could also maybe be led to believe that I like to take unusual ships into different scenarios in order to see what they can do! Maybe, EVE is the kind of game that folks could try to enjoy playing by using ships they like for content they find fun rather than sweating a min-max "meta" fit and turning bitter because the GAME stopped being fun? Maybe.

Its not the fit, its not the meta... Its Directly a PVP ship and to force autos in wormholes with a dessy like that you should already know man. Its just a bad option compared to the ships they made for the role. Angel Ships belong in a pack, and its nice to see them complete the spectrum for angel. Angel fleets leave little time to react or respond. They can fight out numbered with speed and disengage from almost any fight. But you are right, it is a sand box and I have a fleet of PVP retrievers with scram, neuts and hull buffer \o/ for the lolz ofc. Fit ships how ever you want, I just wanted to see if this was a big dramiel or a little cynable.

@@breakermike6887 It's a little Cynabal for sure (another ship I recently tested in wormhole PvP) and for PvP I expect an auto armour brawler. Like your PvP retrievers, I like taking ships out of their "usual use case" to see what they can do. As a wormholer, that was my first thought. I'd also be keen to see how it fares in Abyssals. I just think there are some ships that can do some weird things beyond what perhaps they were "intended" for.

Why reactive and not multispectrum for going up against omni damage?

Sleepers do NOT do Omnidamage. They have turrets that do EM/Thermal, and missiles that do Explosive/Kinetic. Those weapons do not hit you in equal amounts for equal damage. The reactive will react to whichever weapon system is hitting you more and provide better resistances.
