@thegreatBarbossa

That's the point, the game is designed to annoy you so you lose track of that. Whenever you fall off it quotes some self-help talk at you in this condescending "failure is good for you"-way in order to annoy you. At one point Bennett Foddy can straight up say "this section tends to get harder as you play, I assume cause being angry makes you swing the hammer harder." The whole game is designed to make you angry and then talk down to you about it like a stern parent.

his understanding is very mistaken in a way I could not imagine. you don't do 14:00 if you understand that you are controlling the movement of the hammer and not the pot. you ought to make this connection from the moment it starts regardless of what year you play it in, because nothing about the feedback you are experiencing implies otherwise. he is just not good at learning this.

I knew this's happen to me, disabled all the sounds wish the music wasn't linked to his snide remarks. Unprepared it is quite important to learn how not to push yourself off every chance you get, one thing KZbin doesn't convey is the hammer follows the momentum downwards which makes rescue on falling impossible to prevent till you stop then on stoppin the hammer centers again and you can control it fully once more making these twitch reactions not easy to figure out. Took me 110 minutes to win it was quite an experiece.

@AexisRai
@AexisRai Жыл бұрын
He moved his mouse right because he wanted to go right. No, seriously. To somebody who understands how to play the game this sounds r-wordedly bad, but you can see more bizarre failed movement attempts and his resulting confusion happen in a bunch of places. See 6:39 and 16:00. It's the only explanation. Despite the fact that the hammer obviously follows the mouse while the pot doesn't, which is established in the first moment of the game, Joseph is still not actually thinking about how he should move the mouse to control the hammer to indirectly move the pot (which is how the game works); he just wants it to work in a way where he moves the pot directly. He isn't good at learning how the game works and adjusting his model.
