Lately, I've been thinking a lot about what family really means and if I'm making enough memories with them. Seeing my grandparents getting older has made me treasure the time I spend with loved ones, and shifting my focus. In this chapter, we take our family to Yosemite National Park, my favorite place in the world - so far. Thanks for being on this journey with me.

To see the future in the present, we must stand on the shoulders of the past. That is a quote from English historian and philosopher Arnold Toynbee. That quote was about life and we as a people when 1899 turned 1900. Memories are just passing moments as time goes from 100 years to a century. The legacy we leave behind is the real quest in the game of life. All we are trying to do is construct our own monuments that last forever. Deep complex stuff but since we are all part of the Fam Bam is Sark in charge of bringing the jello or potato salad to the bbq?
