Body game has been a life changer for me personally thanks to you Unc! I’ve always had a decent look ( 5”11 & 157lbd) wasn’t bad with women but as I grew older my poor habits of watching adult content messed up my thinking for some time. I thought to myself, how am I enjoying another man pleasure a woman who is my type? It changed my perspective. Now about 2 1/2 years into the gym and I noticed on my recent bulk, stairs are becoming more prominent. I have a few stories to share but I’ll stick to two. The gym is an area where I like to ignore everyone besides my buddies but I have been getting women coming towards me, mimicking my workouts, and smiling on me constantly wanting me to approach them, or sometimes asking if I’m using the equipment just to spark up a conversation. Now the other times has been downtown, I amazed me just how easy of a target you become to women when your body tight like Unc says. Me and the boys we’re walking around the clubs just vibing and a fine Latina stopped me, talking bout, “why r you so dam* sexy?” Shortly after, we had a business meeting.😉 but for those wondering what my weight is now. People either assume that or they assume that I’m a security/bouncer or bodybuilder… Big arms, chest and shoulder with big legs…and also scars The only thing physically I’ve had women complain about in regards to me is that they say I look like a player or that my face is too handsome….I tend to attract a lot of thick redbones or Hershey chocolate sisters…. white girls are attracted to me but they’re also intimidated by me although I’ve had my hands full of them before lol

Don't force the food into you. Just build to be your best and go with that. I said several times in this video that there are exceptions. Plenty of women like slimmer men.

I used to be the same weight as you for many years before hitting the gym consistently. Fuck all that eating 3000 calories shit. I'd say just eat as many snacks in between meals such as lunch, dinner, breakfast (if you eat breakfast) as you can in a day and focus on progressive overload in the gym (increasing weight over time).
