For the bold patch, start taking finasteride, it worked for me and its proven by hundres of reasearchs. On top of that you can use minoxidil to get even faster results. I also had a hair transplant but for places that hair wont grow again even with finasteride, but the bold patch is easy to grow and does not requiere hair transplants at all.
