@@Karynthian Just from personal experience with high security guards, admittedly not prison guards, this is a good way to get through as long as you dont have to go through any directly controlled access points, once they were in normal clothes and outside the guard controlled doors, most installations that have larger workforces its about impossible to keep track of who is who. The facility I was familiar with had to have both their own magnetic key card to get in through the main door and had to have their personal ID match a name on the allowed persons list but once you were in, the guards didn't pay you any mind at all. And judging from my conversations with a couple of friends who did work as prison guards down south a bit, it was a very similar situation in their prison. Outside of cell checks and the regular guard postings you eventually get used to the enviroment and don't pay too much mind to what's going on.

I know it’s a show, but as a former correctional deputy, I can tell you it’s not that easy. Unless it’s that prison the female guard walked out with that dude a few months ago. I hope that place is going through a massive policy and training update…if it’s not, that sheriff is an idiot.

That all works except the part where they slide under the window. That does not exist. The boxed hole is about 4 inches by 14 inches. Humans do not fit. Also, it is boxed. As in metal plated and sealed from the inside.
